Giroflé is an uncompromising, elegant, pure and mineral red wine. It presents clean aromas of ripe red fruit, floral fragrances, balsamic notes and abundant freshness. It is a pleasant balanced red wine, with polished tannins and present acidity.
Winemaking:
Giroflé is a red wine produced from red grapes from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca from the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated for a short period with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation process has taken place. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels where it stayed for 6 months prior to being bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca.
Tasting Notes:
Giroflé is an elegant, fresh, mineral red wine with a very elegant aromatic bouquet. It presents aromas of ripe red fruits, floral notes and balsamic notes. With elegant tannins, it presents mineral notes and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
